★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Omg. I got a mix of all the famous brands of pineapple cake in Taiwan and this one was the perfect balance of sweet and salty. I personally don't even like egg yolk in my pastries but this is soooooo good. Its much more sophisticated than a normal pineapple cake. Its like gourmet pineapple cake. Give it a try! The egg yolk is duck egg and it's actually more sweet than salty. Heat it up in a microwave or oven and enjoy it with a cup of coffee/tea!
