It is delicious because they are thin noodles and the noodles was how I like it. I chose extremely firm noodles and spice level 3. Really tasty!
But...it has only two pieces of pork and the pork is too thin, the price is also a bit high, I will say that the cost-performance ratio
here in Taiwan was a bit low......
By the way, you can buy the instant Ichiran noodles at the store (If you don’t want to wait for a long line, you can choose it!)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good taste but a bit expensive. Great service. Nice Japanese style experience. Very different than other restaurants. Worth the first experience but I don’t think I’ll go back (because of the price). I heard it’s cheaper in Japan. No waiting time on a weekday 11:40am.

The ramen here tastes amazing and you can customize how you would like your ramen to be
I definitely recommend that you order the rice. After finishing your noodles, add rice into the soup and mix it
It’s gonna be unforgettable
The best thing about it is definitely that it opens till really late at night, which provides us a delicious late night supper
It’s a bit pricy but I would say it totally worth it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't get me wrong, it is delicious. But with more than 2 hours of waiting time and incredibly high price tag. It is not worth it anymore. There are many ramen restaurants in Taipei that just as good, slightly below, or even more delicious than Ichiran.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s really tasty. I think that no need to add extra pork. The pork is a little dried not soft. Default serving has two piece of pork. If you are hungry, you can order rice and put it to the soup mixed up. It’s different taste.
