明明櫃臺沒有其他客人,抽了號碼牌卻等了五至六分鐘。問櫃臺人員關於他們家產品的問題,卻說可以去找其他銷售,分工還真細啊,要不要舉個牌說明執掌業務呢

客服提供錯誤的資訊導致客戶白跑一趟, 客服中心與線上客服內部的溝通問題差異及錯誤, 卻讓客戶承擔時間的浪費及結果, 白白浪費一個多小時也得不到滿意的回覆及補救措施。 只能說三星客服處理問題的能力0。

前台服務人員態度差,處理事情不積極,明明我第一個到,處理到一半不理,去處理別人的事,還要我教他可以請其他服務人員出來,當面問話也都不回應,也不把處理的問題交接給其他服務人員。後來直接請主管出來說要投訴才在問怎麼了嗎?結果主管跟我說他們沒投訴管道,問了名字也都不告訴我,從上到下維修部整組人一付無所謂的態度,好像拿他們沒辦法,當天修到都快打烊了我主動打電話去問進度才說快好了可以來旁邊等,邊說邊笑,才剛被客訴還可以用這種無所謂的態度。見識到三星旗艦店維修部的素質,厲害。

I just got a complaint from a customer and I can still use this indifferent attitude. Seeing the quality of the Samsung flagship store maintenance department is amazing.

I left the phone with them to be repaired and I chose to have the phone sent to me (paid TWD 125 fee). They told me that they would call me when it was fixed, but they didn't. They told me that I would probably get it back the next day (Friday), and I asked: if not Friday then Saturday? They said they thought so, yes. When I called them after 6pm on Friday they said it wouldn't be so fast and would be next week. They do NOT set the correct expectations. Other than that, they were helpful, although they told me that the issue I had (cannot camp on mobile network) is very common - wow - quite a poor advert for Samsung phones!

the service is very poor,we reserved for Samsung S22Plus in February 24,they recorded it and made me sign a paper then gave it to me,they said they will call or message me on March 4 or beyond that date,but i didn't received any message,we went back in March 8 or 9 i think and then i said I had an early reservation but i forgot to bring the paper and they said they were not able to find it in their records and i did not pay for reservation fee,so i have to buy the phone plus earbuds separately. I told them if they informed me that i have to pay first for reservation fee ,i would have paid for it but then I accepted it because i cannot do anything about it anymore,but then the service that they gave me during that time that i bought the phone was not so nice. I suggest for those staff to have a training for proper customer service. they are not friendly at all.
