麻辣拌飯是把瘦豬肉末炒成剛剛好的辣度
配上白切肉和現燙青菜
拌起來鹹香順口，非常好吃
知高滷的Q彈不膩，醬香十足
推煙燻豆皮和滷味，都很入味喔！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021/09/15，晚上初訪，有問了老闆青菜是什麼菜，還好不是豆芽菜，於是就點了，點了招牌的乾拌麵，原本就有附丸子了，味道不錯，香味很足，麵得口感嚼勁也很好，餛飩湯是竹筍湯底的，調味也不錯，整體來說，老闆客氣，價格親民，口味不錯
On September 15, 2021, I visited for the first time in the evening. I asked the boss what kind of vegetable is. Fortunately, it is not bean sprouts, so I ordered it. I ordered the signature dry noodles. There were originally glutinous rice balls. The taste was good and the fragrance was very good. The noodles are full and chewy. The wonton soup is made from bamboo shoots and the seasoning is also good. On the whole, the owner is polite, the price is close to the people, and the taste is good.

附近還有停車場相當方便

吃到真的會生氣欸：）
炒手是那種真的很迷你的小餛飩
整盒只裝了1/4高麗菜1/4迷你餛飩
調味也很普通
$50 Bonito Braised Pork Rice
But the $55 red oil chopper
I'll be really pissed when I eat it :)
Stir-fried hands are really tiny little wontons
The whole box contains only 1/4 cabbage and 1/4 mini wontons
Seasoning is also normal

滷肉飯/乾拌麵有分辣或不辣兩個版本，鰹魚滷肉香氣十足，也不會像某些店家滷肉飯只有一點點料根本不夠配飯。吃辣的話更要試試有椒麻香氣的辣味版本(約小辣～中辣)
此外店家菜單上沒有的小菜和隱藏版料理也有很多可以嘗試的部分，這次吃了嘴邊肉、煙燻豆皮、皮蛋豆腐、滷豬腳(老闆聽到同桌有人生日特別招待，太甘心)，都覺得相當有水準，整體來說是會想一來再來支持的店喔！

The bonito braised pork is full of aroma, and it is not like some stores where the braised pork rice only has a little bit of ingredients and is not enough to match the rice. If you eat spicy food, you should try the spicy version (about small spicy ~ medium spicy)
In addition, there are many side dishes and hidden dishes that are not on the restaurant’s menu. This time I ate mouth meat, smoked tofu, preserved egg tofu, and braised pork knuckle (the boss heard that someone at the same table had a special birthday treat, so he was too willing) , I think it's quite high-level, and overall I would like to come back to the store again and again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even though there's a big fish logo, this place also has meat and a whole bunch of vegetarian options. Prices are very reasonable, especially considering the portion size, the owner is friendly and most importantly the taste is really fresh and simply tasty. One of my preferred option to get my veggie and tofu load in the area and additionally it's open till quite late.
