First time I went to the flower shop, I bought two bouquets on mother’s day. This time I called and made a reservation. I said I wanted to place an order for two bouquet of flowers like the ones I got on mother’s day. She said she remembers my wife and I visited the store in-person. She asked how much we paid last time for the two bouquets. I couldn’t remember if it was 1600 or 1800ntd. I said “it was around 1600-1800ntd”. She responded, “okay, I’ll give you two bouquets, like the ones you bought on mother’s day, for 1800ntd” After the call, I asked my wife how much we paid before, she said 1600ntd. I thought the extra 200ntd is worth it because the owner remembers us and gave me the confidence that she would prepare the flowers like the ones we bought on mother’s day. I called again to revise my order a bit: one bouquet to have more roses and the other bouquet like the one from mother’s day without the lily flower. I went today... and it was very disappointing. They prepared two identical bouquets?! Nothing like the one I got from Mother’s Day. Can barely see the roses. I asked why are the bouquets so much smaller. She said the pink flowers were imported good stuff. I was speechless and in a rush. Whatever. I won’t be going back to this shop for lack of integrity. Two stars: Good experience the first time I discovered the shop and purchased in-person but terrible experience placing an order over the phone and going out of scope on the order. My advice: If you have to get flowers from this shop, purchase in-person and pick one from the shelves. If you’re gonna customize, specify the number of flowers, flower type, or send them a photo of exactly what you want.
