1、之前就有在車商任職的朋友告訴我不要用百貨公司地下室的汽車美容非常的粗糙。但是我覺得可以試試看於是就光顧了101的卡氏。效果非常不好,詳述如下—— (1)我特別交代的內裝不要用任何的清潔劑,簡單擦ㄧ下就好,結果車裡充滿了化學清潔劑的味道。 (2)車尾明顯的油漬都沒有清乾淨,我詢問之後他們告訴我說本來洗車就是這樣,但是我們一般在外面洗車,一定是乾淨的。 結論:不建議大家光顧,既貴且雷。

店長態度很差,我買之前消費買的卡片。他跟我說沒有在他們那邊消費 難怪車子會洗不乾淨 金額也你們收走了 請問這樣的態度讓人可以接受嗎? 再來你們把汽車美容店設在101樓下 之前販售的卡的款項 都被你們總公司收走了。。。居然他們店長說 因為你在我們101卡式沒有消費 所以我們不可能提供停車服務給您.......什麼跟什麼東西啊!希望大家不要再去卡氏 真的有夠爛 態度也有夠差!

我和現任卡式101店長認識13年了,從以前他在板橋遠百卡式還是個小店員的時候到現在,他從未變過,他的服務態度跟其他全台我去過101店家最大的不同點在於,他對於服務品質的堅持以及,專業程度與那個不商業化的服務態度,也就是因為這樣,對於他跟我提議的產品,該做的維護,我都認同。我想這只有真正認識他,跟他真正聊過天的顧客才會感覺得到我說的意思,這位店長有著一大群和我一樣的老顧客一直跟隨他到現在,講實際一點吧,老顧客對於一個店營業額之影響力,應該比開發一個新客戶可以發揮的效益與效應更大吧,我想這應該是卡式管理階層更應該要重視的,別被一些不實輿論給誤導了。

沒看過如此惡劣的態度!後續會再去101官網與卡氏官網留負評,但只針對101的卡氏。 在預約好後,我請朋友幫我開過去洗,只因為我朋友不想要購買「加價服務」,就態度180度大轉變,突然說非車主本人不能使用卡片的服務(我買了一張可以使用2年服務的洗車卡,登記的是同一台車憑什麼要本人開去洗???!!!) 時間是2022/3/18的晚上6:50,服務人員是一個身材寬廣跟一個瘦的,兩個人一搭一唱把我朋友氣走了,結果車子沒辦法洗我們只好搭計程車去接重要客戶,我不在乎這種損失,我只要警告大家不要再去101的卡氏消費! 我的卡片到今年5月就會到期了,我寧願試試看別家沒用過的,也不願再續卡氏!
