Easy parking, well-managed, barrier-free space, tree-lined. Excellent location, close to 101. World Trade Center, Warner, Shin Kong Mitsukoshi Business District, Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall, MRT Station, High-quality School District, Hospital, City Hall, and good living performance. The number of large and small flats is 1 to 3 rooms. It meets the general needs of the home. The community parking is well managed. It is a good community to recommend.
