The owner speaks English very well so there are no issues with communication. They give good recommendations and are so incredibly helpful. My home is very old but feels like new now that we’ve replaced the windows. Sincere people and just very very nice and hardworking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not super responsive on Line, but he was punctual for the appointment. (To be fair, it's almost Chinese New Year, so they might be super busy.)
Once he arrived and had the window latch replaced, the window can finally be locked again. He then made an suggestion of how the window can be better maintained to avoid wear and tear; no complaints for the service after he actually started working on the window.
Overall, would recommend!
