★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天一早打電話去幫孩子掛號，那位接電話的小姐語氣很兇很急、我也沒多想，因為孩子生病了，我很客氣 只想替孩子掛號。後來約診時間到了，但我小孩（4歲）不願去看醫生，以前看醫生有過陰影，我只好趕快臨時打去取消。結果是同一個小姐接電話，我才說：「我是今天早上約10:30看診的人，因為孩子叫不動去看醫生⋯」我話還沒說完，那位小姐就用很差的口氣直接說：「掰掰」，我傻眼⋯感覺很沒有耐心跟同理心的接電話人員。 沒看到醫生，保留2星是給醫生的，因為看評價不錯，但接電話小姐很不ok⋯
