董事長沒有好好經營督促
要擔起最大的責任
這間公司主要營收有酒店部及物業部
我們就拿物業部門來說
身為一個董事長都自己說沒有放太多心思在此部門 員工聽了作何感想
簡單來說 就是在擺爛
過年過節也不曾到各個案場慰問員工 說聲辛苦了 卻要員工知道他叫什麼名字 出了什麼書 荒唐至極
幹部到案場發放紅包給員工
竟然是單數的300元....
是在包白包嗎…
連最基本的紅包禮數都不知道
你覺得貴公司會有新人想進來
物業部高階主管兩個副總
一個姓童 一個姓陳
只會躲在群組裡面
坑都不坑一聲
尤其是姓陳的
只能說不予置評
放任整個物業部
任由副總以及底下綜管幹部
亂成一團 一盤散沙
最大的問題就是在這一環
換過多少的所謂專員 課長 主任
只是職稱的不同
做的事務卻是一樣
而這些老鼠屎卻一直都在
造成案場員工和公司是呈現對立的狀況 完全沒有向心力凝聚力
幹部的態度及專業度有待加強
幹部對人員的指派調度及班表的異動 員工有問題 一問三不知 只會推卸責任 互相踢皮球
每天還要員工拍
沒有意義的服儀照
有認真思考過
社區住戶花那麼多錢
請來的物業公司
到底要的是什麼嗎

從人員的選才 育才 留才完全不及格 新進人員的培訓見習制度一蹋糊塗 沒有見習竟然可以直接到社區直接上哨服務 造成案場正職人員的困擾 也讓社區的委員及住戶造成嚴重的影響 一而在再而三的發生錯誤 導致案場一年之間 接二連三的退場 撤場的原因是否有做改善報告 了解是什麼原因造成?
種種原因造成員工多數離職
沒有三節 沒有年終 沒有績效考核沒有升遷 沒有加薪 過年保全只休四天 不合理的休假天數 對員工的苛刻
也正因為如此 始終找不到新人來補足各案場社區的人力配置
連公司的副總 各個幹部都要自己下來卡班 說來真的是可笑可悲又可憐
帶人要帶心
做人比做事更重要
身為長官及各個主管幹部
更要以身作則 謙卑在謙卑
不然你們的職位都只是虛名罷了
因為底下員工根本沒在鳥你們
都把你們當作笑話在看

相較之下,我們家的物業人員雖然有不盡完善的地方,但是還是會耐心的聆聽住戶的問題嘗試解決,還是現在這家比較好。
