★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中午利用午休時間前往，臨櫃改通訊住址（之前打過電話客服說必須臨櫃改這小小的東西）...最後又遇到服務態度不佳的問題。
1. 要客戶直接電話與原申辦分行人員核對資料>怎麼沒有聯動的資料庫？
2. 電話的人問問題似乎不清處sop，還聽到他一直說這樣應該就可以了吧&到處問人>可以訓練完再來跟客戶接觸嗎？
3. 電話核對完後，我把話筒還給櫃檯人員，結果她不滿電話已掛，邊回撥邊說不知道說了什麼、怎麼掛電話...（碎念）>為何要在我面前這樣說？又不是我要掛電話？為何客戶要被這種負面情緒影響？
只想換間證券公司，不便民、速度慢又要受這種莫名氣...
At noon, use the lunch break to go to the counter to change the communication address (I have called the customer service before and said that I must change this little thing at the counter)... Finally, I encountered a problem of poor service attitude.
1. Ask the customer to check the information directly with the original branch applicants by telephone> Why there is no linked database?
2. The person on the phone seems to be unclear about the sop. I still heard him saying that it should be fine. Ask people everywhere> Can I come back to contact the customer after training?
3. After checking the phone, I returned the microphone to the counter staff. As a result, she was dissatisfied that the phone had been hung up. While dialing back, she said that she did not know what she said and how to hang up the phone... Say? Isn't it that I want to hang up? Why are customers affected by such negative emotions?
I just want to change the securities company, which is inconvenient, slow and suffers from this inexplicable...
