我深知資訊要一次給足,需要什麼要一次說完說清楚,才能使溝通更有效率、節省雙方時間
南區業務不知道到底在幹嘛完全沒有足夠的敏銳度,當時想買其他包裝和貼紙,因為貼紙只要和其他品項一起出貨就不受最低3000枚的限制,但這件事對第一次購買的消費者而言並不會知道,在我講了數次我要最小訂購量之後,業務還是只會重複「您要多少枚」,直到我覺得奇怪、受不了問了貼紙和其他東西出貨是否不必買到3000枚,並且在「同一則訊息」說了如果不受限的話我要200枚,業務才說如果和其他商品一起出貨的話貼紙以百為單位購買,然後又再一次問我要多少?啊我不是說我要200枚了嗎???那天早上剛好有事要忙,訊息又讓我無言到火大而沒有馬上回覆,下午不知道是換了一個人還是怎麼樣,主動聯絡我說包裝和「200枚貼紙」有沒有確定要,所以我確實有把我要的數量寫在上面對吧?
業務回覆時間間隔超長又給人感覺根本完全沒在仔細看訊息,浪費超多時間在毫無效率的溝通和本來可以不用的確認,只是為了確認貼紙的數量竟然可以讓購買流程拖到第三天,要不是三久行的夾鏈袋是我看過最好看的,真的會因為這個業務而再也不想買三久行的東西,希望可以好好改善這個情況

Consumers who buy this time won't know, after I said several times that I want a minimum order quantity, the business will just repeat "how many pieces do you want" until I feel weird and can't stand asking for stickers and other things Is it necessary to buy 3000 pieces for shipment, and in the "same message" I said that if there is no limit, I want 200 pieces, and the business said that if it is shipped with other products, the stickers will be purchased in units of 100, and then again ask me how much? Ah, didn't I say I want 200? ? ? I had something to do that morning, and the message left me speechless and didn’t reply immediately. In the afternoon, I didn’t know if it was a different person or what. I took the initiative to contact me to tell me if the packaging and the “200 stickers” were confirmed, so I did. Did you write the quantity I want on it?
The business response time interval is too long, and people feel that they are not reading the message at all, wasting too much time in inefficient communication and confirming that could not be used, just to confirm the number of stickers. The purchase process can be dragged to the third God, if it weren't for Sanjiuhang's zip-up bags that I've seen the most beautiful, I really would never want to buy Sanjiuxing's products again because of this business. I hope this situation can be improved.
