★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 青椒牛肉炒飯不用熟蛋，炒的是濕潤口感，香氣足。宮保雞丁肉質滑嫩順口火候佳，沒有快炒99店那種重油重辣重鹹的毛病。蜜汁排骨炸得酥脆爽口，蜜汁恰到好處。
炒青花菜就比較普通…還是喜歡吃滾水加油醋川燙後冰鎮風乾的爽脆口感。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 走完步道下山就好餓~好餓，看到餐館還營業，讓人有飯吃的心情超感動，很溫馨像家人的老闆、老闆娘,坐下老闆立馬一壺茶好感恩，點了炒飯、炒麵、青菜,速速嗑完，吃飽要回家啦！車程2小時不宜久留！

但是招牌的鹽焗雞依舊美味！不禁懷念以往在高島屋及京站的美食街中的阿甘櫃位。
現在只能專程來本店購買享用了。
