Been coming here since I was born drkao is a great doctor

Many people were waiting but nobody had been called. Waited for a long time and found out Dr was not there...

Excellent doctor with very good English skills. Will take patients even without appointment.

Unresponsive. I try to buzz in 5 times and no response. They are open on Fridays.

Dr Kao apparently makes a habit of not listening to his patients' needs and making poor diagnoses based on prejudice, not fact. One star because he's a nice enough guy but I won't go back to his clinic again.

Poor service. Tired doctor. Unwilling to help and explain his diagnosis or treatment. I had a small wart on my foot and wanted Dr Kao to burn it with ice as my usual Doctor wasn't available that day. I showed him my foot, he glanced at it and said that it wasn't a wart and burning it with ice won't help. I asked him what he thought it was and he looked at me and smiled. He said again that it wasn't a wart and prescribed me antibiotics. I asked him how he could tell it wasn't a wart because he did not even look at it closely. I asked him again what it was. He told me "It's a growth on your foot and you need to take antibiotics. Two other doctors diagnosed it as a wart. Anyway, he grew impatient. I asked him what the antibiotics were for, again he handed me a sheet and said that I could pick up my medicine from the front desk. I smiled at him and walked out of his office. The lady behind the counter ran after me with the antibiotics and I kindly declined the offer. I will never return to a doctor who refuses to explain to his patient what the problem is and why he prescribes medicine.

Dr. Kao has been very helpful, knowledgeable and kind. He has listened to all my concerns and treated them. His English is great and his staff seem very efficient. Great to find a good GP in a new country!

My son two days ago did a health check to start school at this clinic. They wrote his height at 85cm, but his height was already past 90 when he was 2. Now he is 4 years old . We thought it's odd, so we checked it by ourselves at home. It should be 105cm. A mistake of 20cm. When we called, they were very arrogant, refused to apologize and said this kind of little mistake is common and not a big deal. How can we trust this service in the future?
