每道菜看起來都是平常的菜色,但是食材跟料理調味的功力實在令人讚嘆!每道菜吃下去都是驚艷無比。客家菜在這間飯店已經昇華成為不輸法國料理的美味。大力推薦!

夫妻倆合作經營的私廚,環境很好,只接待一組客人,好像10多年前看日劇甜心小廚師的樣子,只是這是一家客家料理的菜。 菜色由他們調配,很多道菜都讓人驚艷,老外也很適合來享用。

還沒去吃夫妻檔之前,心裏一直默默想說:客家菜也能做私廚?一個人還要收到1500 吃完之後只能說:名不虛傳 完全打破原本對客家菜的印象,但是卻又是道道地地的客家菜沒錯 最驚艷的是第一道菜脯雞湯,味道如此的乾淨,而且居然還不是用老菜脯就可以煮出這麼甘甜的味道。 之後的每一道菜都是,明明看起來就是一般的家常菜,吃進去卻又覺得是家常菜無法達到的水平。 吃完這頓飯,完全收起原本對客家菜的輕視之心,肅然起敬了起來。 最後,環境營造得非常的雅致舒適,是個很適合一群朋友細細品味美味佳餚的氛圍。

大概1800/人的私房料理,主廚是客家人嫡傳的老婆,人美廚藝也好;負責外場工作的是老公服務態度很好也很貼心;門口不是很好找,因為是老房子,台階有點小記得不要喝太醉。 菜圃雞湯:用大概2年的年輕菜脯(味道比較甘甜,湯顏色也比較好看)雞肉嫩多汁,喝了湯後胃口大開。 鹹豬肉:挑選肥肉不多但是不會太硬的部分加上蒜跟醃漬過的蘿蔔吃起來酸甜有嚼勁 美人腿:選的是南投的高級品種所以又大又嫩加上破布仔去核後磨碎的微鹹口感,非常搭配 花枝煎餅:手工花枝切碎後煎成厚餅口感十足,一口咬下滿滿的海鮮味從嘴巴流出來非常推薦的手工菜 其他像澎湖來的絲瓜還有用排骨做出來的割包都是不錯的料理 總結:環境優雅,服務親切菜色有用心,份量稍多如果能減少份量是會更好一點

是一對非常親切的夫妻開的私廚 環境舒適乾淨,服務很好 但因為外場只有老闆一人、多人上菜的速度不太統一(大概是第一人用到第三口最後一人上完菜的速度、是不會太影響) 帶酒會收個便宜開瓶費 人均1800,價格偏貴但在天母地區可以理解 印象深刻的餐點是山豬肉配醃蘿蔔 兩者搭配的恰到好處?? 再來梅干扣肉卦包也好好吃? 甜點是木耳配水果盤 整體來說很適合長輩聚餐,口味清爽 吃完不會有其他家私廚餐後滿滿負擔與罪惡感(純屬個人感受) 沒去過的可以嘗試,但二訪就看機會囉

這間私廚是我期待非常久的一餐!它原本是一間在北投不怎麼起眼的一間小餐廳,我在二十多年前就造訪過多次,對他的菜脯雞湯念念不忘,後來不知為何突然收掉,一直深感遺憾。我和老公還曾經特別開車去北投尋找這家店,但已不存在。前一陣子不知為何心血來潮,又想起這家店,因此上網Google了一下,沒想到意外發現老闆的女兒和女婿出來開私廚!和老闆女兒聊了一下,才知道老闆後來中風,所以無法再經營,但他的好手藝令許多老客人無法忘懷,因此10年前老闆的女兒決定重現父親的手藝,開了這間私廚。 今天特別找了幾位二十多年前有來吃過這間餐廳的朋友一起來懷舊一下,老闆娘知道我是父親的老客人,夫妻倆以無比的熱情以及澎湃的佳餚款待我們,加上私密而又非常舒適的用餐環境,吃了三個半小時才結束我的懷舊之旅! 就菜的部分來說,每一道菜都非常美味順口,而且份量很大,一般印象中的客家菜是很重口味的,但今天吃到的都不會太油或太鹹,前菜的小品特別令人驚艷,梅干菜扣肉老闆用的是肋排而非一般的五花肉,所以不會太油膩或太肥,非常下飯,一點都不會太鹹。菜脯雞不用說是招牌,我應該會再來外帶回家。大推!
