★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "Zhong Cheng Hao" was the name on the side. Air-conditioned, quick service, good selection of local eats. We had stinky tofu (our first - try it with the chili oil), pork liver soup with sesame oil (a little oily but tasty) and oyster omelette (don't get this, it's a starchy, sloppy mess). Braised pork rice looked really good. No drinks, so get your own from any of the stalls outside.

Oyster omelette is different from what I expected and it comes a sauce on it
Stinky toufu is not as stinky as I expected. Goes very well with the chilli which is not that spicy
Will be back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pork liver soup with sesame oil is good. Taste like they have put some wine and it's not salty at all. The oyster egg is so far the best i had in taipei. Egg fragrance with lotsa oyster. The flour amount not to much. The sauce isn't too sweet too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this last year, and I think that I’ll keep going there everytime I come to Taipei.
My favorites here were their Keelung Tempura and Shrimp Roll (if I’m not mistaken with the name). They got the menu in English version and the staffs are always willing to help as well.
As this shop is quite famous, expect some queue especially on weekend. Just make sure to visit here if you go to Shilin Night Market!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oyster omelette and seafood thick soup ( I don’t really know how to translate it) , so:
1. Omelette : for me definitely too much rice or tapioca or other potato flour, maybe it’s not a starch , maybe it’s sth different what makes this omelette a little bit glutinous, but taste is quite good - recommended to try , maybe someone likes more glutinous omelette. (65 ntd)
2. Soup - it is also recommended by shop and by me , definitely. It’s very tasty ? nothing else to add . Just go and try (90 ntd )
Prices are reasonable .
My neighbors ordered soup with intestines , it was probably liver and stinky tofu. They recommend both of dishes . Of course if someone doesn’t like intestines, it’s better to not try this soup hahah.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice! Friendly staff. Very popular place. The oyster omelette was very good, especially considering the cook was making 7 or 8 portions at the same time! The stinky Toufu was ok, not as juicy as I had imagined though.
