Chengzu Pepper Cake was founded in 1941. It has a history of 80 years and has been passed down to the fourth generation. Currently, there are two stores near Shilin Night Market in Taipei City and a branch near Chenghuang Temple in Hsinchu City.
In addition to the common pork and beef flavours, when you come to Chengzu Pepper Cake Danan Branch in Shilin District, there are also kimchi pork, cheese pork and cheese beef. They are all good choices!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 雖然位置在熱鬧大街轉入的小巷間，但醒目招牌與圖文並茂的彩色宣傳真的很吸引口袋裏的銅板們。
胡椒餅必須趁著熱騰騰時候，趕緊咬食，才不會辜負它的美味。
這裏的胡椒餅個頭不算大，特別是以這價位來說，可能地段成本佔的多。
餅皮上滿佈芝蔴為餅皮增添香氣與口感，內餡有肉、蔥及辛香料。還好趁熱吃，溢出的肉汁為內餡加分不少。
