盛康藥局前一年是最讚的店!生意好、藥師專業、服務親切。從店長到門市人員與PT人員都非常棒!目前好像整批都換人了,不知道是不是還能像過去一樣吸引人。期待未來的發展。

櫃檯長髮女店員態度真的很差,不僅沒耐性聽完客人說的話,講話的口氣也很差,店內明明沒有什麼客人,卻也等超級久,跟之前那批被換掉的服務人員和藥師素質真的差太多了。

櫃檯的黑色長髮女性員工態度差劣!!! 我周一到門市詢問快篩,是另一位短頭髮的女性同仁,十分善解人意的告知周三會進貨快篩,可以營業時還看看。 周三,就是今天~早上9:00一開門我同事一進去詢問,黑色長髮女性員工就說沒有,你可以打給1922去問要怎麼解決。(帶著令人感到不悅的語氣) 後來我馬上致電,是另外一名男性接電話,這位同仁的語氣就十分緩和,也告知是因總公司還沒配貨到,可以今天再來門市詢問。屆時我也理解門市的難處。 所以我就等中午再過去,又碰見了黑色長髮女性員工,被直接告知:賣完了!語氣充斥著不耐煩。 我自己可以保證我當下語氣都是非常謙讓的詢問語氣... 但我真的覺得很蝦耶! 1. 若門市不能確定快篩何時會進貨就不用告知客人,避免因不同員工的言語與論述導致與顧客雙方的感受都不是太高興。 2. 建議該門市,沒有快篩,可以仿效其他藥局,貼個告示牌在外面,這樣或許可以解決長髮女性員工對於 " 回覆客人沒有快篩 " 這件事的不高興值吧? 3. 看了之前的評論,發現這位黑色長髮女性員工因態度問題被點名了不只一次,請貴司關心員工的工作情緒,是否需要空間抒發。 4. 撇除該名員工,目前我遇到的其他同仁不管是態度、藥理知識、對待詢問的客人都無微不至且細心耐心提醒,所以這邊希望貴司或其他顧客看了這則評論後,不要以偏概全。 這一顆星是給那位員工的,你的負面情緒,顧客都感受到了。
