★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 不會二訪，對於疾病本身說明不清，對於解決方式也未有合理的說明，甚至處方藥物也沒有適當的說明！
There is no second visit, the disease itself is unclear, there is no reasonable explanation for the solution, and there is no proper explanation for even the prescription drugs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 現場掛號，會給予預告的時間，還算準確，比起醫院無法預估的等待要好得多，櫃台人員護士都挺親切的，范醫師比較嚴肅，感覺一絲不苟，不是親切的那一類型，待在診間時護士都有點戰戰兢兢的，但看診仔細、也不馬虎，整體看診體驗不錯，比起去醫院時間上效率比較高。
The on-site registration will give the advance notice time, which is quite accurate. It is much better than the unpredictable waiting in the hospital. The nurses at the counter are very kind, and Dr. Fan is more serious and meticulous. He is not the kind type. The nurses were a little nervous during the consultation, but they were careful and not sloppy. The overall consultation experience was good, and it was more efficient than going to the hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 看了評論有點擔心，但急著帶孩子檢查是否大礙就只能硬著頭皮試試了。親身經歷的結果是：范醫師.護士.櫃檯.藥師都很親切啊！兩歲孩子在診間大哭不敢給醫師碰（大概以為又要打預防針了），進了X光室也大哭無法拍，醫生和護士都很有耐性，沒有一點不悅。雖然最後沒拍成，但醫生還是由這過程觀察中給出了一些叮嚀提醒，最後還跟要離開診間的滿頭大汗媽媽說了句“妳辛苦了”。人非常和善！雖不是那種笑容滿面類型的醫師，但是很實在穩重啊。
I was a little worried after reading the comments, but I was in a hurry to take my child to check if it was a serious problem, so I had to bite the bullet and try it. The result of personal experience is: Dr. Fan, nurse, counter, and pharmacist are all very kind! The two-year-old child cried so much in the clinic that he didn't dare to touch the doctor (probably thought he was going to be vaccinated again), and even when he entered the X-ray room, he cried so hard that he couldn't take pictures. The doctor and nurse were very patient and didn't feel unhappy at all. Although the film was not completed in the end, the doctor still gave some warnings from the observation of the process, and finally said "you have worked hard" to the sweaty mother who was about to leave the clinic. People are very nice! He's not the type of doctor with a smile on his face, but he's very steady.
