1918年 日本商人發起籌組「台灣製紙株式會社」。
1919年 「台灣製紙株式會社」正式成立。
1946年戰後政府接收為國營事業。
1954年 轉為民營公司。1958年由民間商人集資購得成立「士林紙業股份有限公司」。
2018年 很難理解究竟平日有沒有開放參觀? 部分場地有對外招租提供展覽活動或婚攝，官方網站名稱：士林紙場1918 ，似乎有單位辦展才有機會進去參觀。

In 2018, it is difficult to understand whether there are any opening visits on weekdays? Some venues are rented out to provide exhibition activities or wedding photography. The official website name is Shilin Paper Factory 1918. It seems that only a unit organizes exhibitions before they have the opportunity to visit.
