故障碼E-95 線路被老鼠咬斷 來維修兩次膠布捆一捆就交差 第一次修好我就把底部縫隙封死 使用約一個多月就出現故障碼 第二次修使用約一個星期 第三次要報修跟我說沒有線路組可以做更換 只能一直貼膠布…..請問是要我淘汰這台洗衣機 以後不用他們產品的意思嗎。售後服務有夠差勁?

服務超級差,打電話來的工程師完全都不專業,電冰箱只用了2年就壞了,然後說電壓不穩造成電路板壞掉,一直說這屬於人為,好吧!代理商獨大,我也沒辦法。然後問他說,電壓不穩,所以我要和台電索賠?也說不出所以來,反正就是硬要拿錢,這樣保固是保什麼??反正台灣也沒有toshiba的申訴管道,就是代理商獨大。所以買toshiba要小心,新禾也有代理其他產品也要小心,不要踩到地雷,看到有新禾代理的要小心,一切保固都是判斷人為。
