★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大腸水煮，口感爽脆有咬勁，蚵仔無裹粉，大小不一，僅能吃得出一點點鮮味，湯頭柴魚味，勾芡薄，麵線非手工，口感弱，兩者配料夠，小碗45，在天母地區，份量算夠。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這家是我的最愛 朋友介紹了很多家蚵仔麵線（我很愛吃麵線 回台灣一定要吃）但是我獨鐘這一攤 原因是 他的大腸完全沒有滷過而且稍微脆脆的口感（滷過的大腸 吃不到大腸的原味 會不知道到底有沒有洗乾淨 稍微有點騷味會被滷汁蓋掉 麵線會失去原有的香味）蚵仔好吃就不用說了 我覺得湯頭 有用類似福州麵的味道（用大量蝦皮去熬湯 我猜的）加上他們自製的辣椒醬 味道簡單 充分滿足我的味蕾 可惜它們營業時間太短 每次經過都在休息 只有望門興嘆
This is my favorite friend who introduced a lot of oyster noodles (I love noodles and I must eat them when I come back to Taiwan), but I like this stall because his large intestines are not marinated at all and have a slightly crunchy texture ( I don’t know if the marinated large intestine tastes the original flavor of the large intestine. I don’t know if it is cleaned. The noodles will be covered by the marinade, and the noodles will lose the original flavor. The taste of the noodles (using a lot of shrimp skins to make the soup I guess) plus their homemade chili sauce tastes simple and fully satisfy my taste buds. Unfortunately, their business hours are too short and I rest every time I pass by.
