★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 麵店老闆是位身形單薄的中年阿姨，喜歡與客人閒話家常，時常看到一個人孤單地扶著穿護具的腰煮麵給客人吃，有些客人也會主動幫忙清桌甚至洗碗盤，她記得許多熟客的口味，像我家一個不要香菜，一個不加蔥，一個吃清淡，一個加生辣椒，不必說她都知道，人情味勝過口味，平價又讓人飽胃，尚好。
The owner of the noodle shop is a thin middle-aged aunt who likes to gossip with customers. I often see a person lonely holding his waist wearing a protective gear to cook noodles for the customers. Some customers will also take the initiative to help clear the table or even wash the dishes. She remembers the tastes of many regular customers, like my family, one does not need coriander, one does not add green onions, one eats lightly, and one adds raw chili. Needless to say, she knows that the human touch is better than the taste, and the price is more satisfying. It is good.
