最近很順利的完工入住囉~ 當初找了最喜歡的設計公司,花了很長的時間開會討論,設計師很用心的完成了所有需求,甚至遇到新增家具時卡關,也在討論當下馬上想出一個解決方案,完美的解決了難題。中間問了很多專業的室內設計問題,外行人很難理解,但設計師還是很有耐心地慢慢解釋。 完工的樣子跟想像中的一樣,很美的空間、舒服的顏色。另外施工團隊對自己的要求很高,從拆除工程開始,品質就一直相當好,環境清潔有效率,施工過程細緻,是追求完美的團隊。價格也是相當高~ 謝謝寓子設計團隊完成了我夢想中的家。

The finished appearance is the same as imagined, with a beautiful space and comfortable colors. In addition, the construction team has high requirements on itself. From the beginning of the demolition project, the quality has been quite good, the environment is clean and efficient, and the construction process is meticulous. It is a team that pursues perfection. The price is also quite high~ Thank you Yuzi design team for completing my dream home.

第一次認識寓子設計,是從100設計中得知,第一眼就愛上簡潔純淨北歐風的寓子設計風格,一直到自己擁有新家,加上同事推薦寓子設計的專業及服務,我馬上就決定將我的新家交給他們了。果真如同預期的,這真的是我最難忘且愉快的一段裝潢經驗,在裝潢過程中,不專業的我們常常會提出問題詢問,或是臨時想要增加需求,我們的設計師安琦都很有耐心的回覆及幫我們處理,除此之外,寓子不僅有效率地按照時程表進行,最後展現出的細緻成品也是讓我所感動的,尤其是色彩的配置真的是超棒的呀,下次如果有機會再次裝潢或是要介紹給朋友,一定是推薦寓子設計的,謝謝寓子設計讓我們擁有這麼美的新家^^

因為喜歡酪梨壽司新家的裝潢而認識了寓子設計。而先生以前在裝潢上有不好的經驗,所以覺得找設計師是一件浪費錢的事。但迫於老婆的淫威下,我們還是拜訪了寓子設計。幸好Joey用一張流程圖清楚說明,化解先生的疑慮,讓我們決定把新家交給寓子。 當初為了裝潢看了姥姥的書,記得書上提到找設計師的優點“為風格買個保險“以及”幫你過濾工班、有保固“。這真很有感啊!在設計配置上、選材配色的過程,有設計師的協助,阻止缺乏美感的我們讓家中風格走鐘(笑)。另外在施工的過程,木工師傅跟系統櫃師傅動作俐落且成品也很完美,都讓身為門外漢的我們開了眼界。 寓子設計不但專業,溝通中也可以感受到他們對工作的熱情。更重要的是讓先生對裝潢這件事整個改觀,而我也可以大聲的說“你看!老婆選的沒錯吧!”

4/21更新: 先寫諮詢單、最低預算一百五十萬、設計費一坪六千但是最低坪數二十坪是官網/FB提供的,我全部閱讀也接受,所以填表單。預售屋、坪數小、明年才要客變,這三項資訊是我透過諮詢表單提供給的。 官網上沒有的資訊是客變、預售屋的流程與時間,客變包含的項目與圖面、是否陪同前往建商處、甚至也可以分享之前接小坪數的時候,最終預算落在哪裡,提供一些參考,最後再來說坪數跟預算大概是怎麼抓。或是其他,依專業需要提出的問題,而我不懂,我不知道需要先告知的項目, 時程也是客服應該說明的部分,因為明年才客變,是可以提出一個對設計師來說更方便的方式讓我們配合,例如安排兩三個月後的諮詢、中間可以先進行哪些資料的蒐集等。 一百五十萬甚至是以上的裝潢預算沒有不行,但是至少要有參考、評估的項目,以上提供參考。 如果客服的回應,依舊是最低預算一百五十萬,其他什麼都沒有確認跟提出,那其實我自己看官網就好了,沒必要寫諮詢單。 看設計師那邊回覆還是沒抓到重點,我第一關就退了,希望後面也是小坪數的可以順利度過填完諮詢後的這個官網說「雙方達成初步的理解與共識將安排諮詢服務」的部分,可能所謂共識只在一百五十萬而已,所以沒有其他好提出的。 ------------------------- 4/20 諮詢心得分享 按照網站說明,先填寫了預約諮詢單,並且已經勾選同意最低預算。諮詢單裡面提及「實坪只有五六坪」且「預售屋套房不大,挑高三米六,想請問是否有承接小套房的案件?明年才開始進行客變,因時間充裕,想先行了解是否有接案的可能,謝謝!」 原先預計先了解預售屋相關的流程,可能客變是跟設計綁定、後面收費模式等,但回信什麼都沒有提到:「接案沒有坪數限制.最低階案150萬起. 如果預算沒有那麼高.客服也可以幫忙協助介紹同業設計師服務唷~」 好的,這真的是非常詳細的說明,好清楚知道客變流程、設計費用收費怎麼算,一百五十萬真是非常清楚地輪廓!直接先假設預算太高,所以要幫我介紹同行,也真的是非常親切可愛! 如果設計師還在意自己的品牌和名聲的話,真心建議好好訓練一下客服,我相信,一定有一些專業的問題可以先行確認、評估,再討論要不要接案,而不是只提供一百五十萬的門檻,看評論很多人都被這個態度氣到,看來是完全沒有改進。 好吧,這邊只好說,如果坪數很大,一百五十萬本來就會輕鬆達標,那應該不會被氣到,如果坪數跟我一樣很小,很想先知道設計師可以端出什麼樣一百五十萬的品質,結果直接被質疑可能付不起的話,還是别問了,設計看看欣賞就好。

The lowest-level case is 1.5 million. If the budget is not so high, the customer service can also help introduce the services of fellow designers~” Okay, this is really a very detailed description, I really know how to calculate the customer transformation process and the design fee. 1.5 million is really a very clear outline! Let’s just assume that the budget is too high, so it is really very kind and lovely to help me introduce my peers! If the designer still cares about his brand and reputation, he really recommends training the customer service. I believe that there must be some professional problems that can be confirmed and evaluated first, and then discuss whether to accept the case, instead of just offering 1.5 million The threshold of the review, many people are angry with this attitude, it seems that there is no improvement at all. Well, here I have to say, if the ping number is very large, 1.5 million will easily meet the standard, so it should not be angry. If the ping number is as small as me, I would like to know first that the designer can handle it. What kind of quality of 1.5 million is produced, and if you are directly questioned and may not be able to afford it, don't ask, just look at the design and appreciate it.
