★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 不是因地利之便，經常光顧，而是除了口味對上了，加上小辣中辣大辣，真的是有辣的。
但會成高頻率買家，全是老闆的“職人精神”！每每看著老闆處理每一種滷味，不同的刀工整理，不一樣川燙手法，都一定看到他當下，對那一個滷味的全心投入！賞心悅目，好吃程度有加很多分。
不知從何時起，老闆娘要加辣時，會主動說“大辣？”，看來，我也被他們認識接納了。

I have bought lo-mei for 7 or 8 years. I am thirsty in the middle of the night. I don’t know what to eat for dinner. The boss and Banniang are honest people. All in all, the soup is delicious, the sauerkraut is delicious, and the ingredients are good and realistic. Every time I watch the boss cook the ingredients in sequence, it feels like art. ????????????????
