麵條寬麵實在，
2022/04/29品嚐了魚丸麵75元，
特別的電子訂餐上路，
節省了以往紙張使用，
湯頭熬煮的很不錯，
材料搭配上很搭，
份量上也很足夠。
店內環境算乾淨明亮，
下次再來嘗試其他餐點。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CP值不錯的麵店，店內介紹取名王艇長是為了紀念當軍人的父親教的手藝，店中還有父親當兵時的大型照片，老闆人也挺熱情的。炸醬麵的醬有‘薑’味，吃起來很特別，不知這是不是道地的山東味！點了炸醬麵，滷味則是大溪豆乾和豆皮，再加一份燙青菜和一碗番茄牛肉清湯。店家上網點餐可直接用Line Pay付款也挺特別的，會在訪試試其他的麵食。臨走時買了一包冷凍餃子，50顆200元也是佛心價，好像還是手工皮！
 A noodle shop with a good CP value. The name Captain Wang was introduced in the shop to commemorate the craftsmanship taught by his father who was a soldier. There are also large photos of his father when he was a soldier in the shop. The sauce of the fried noodles has a 'ginger' flavor, and it tastes very special. I don't know if this is the authentic Shandong flavor! I ordered fried noodles, and the lo-mei was Daxi dried bean curd and bean curd, plus a blanched vegetable and a bowl of tomato beef clear soup. It is also very special that the store can order food online and pay directly with Line Pay. I will try other pasta dishes when I visit. Before leaving, I bought a pack of frozen dumplings, 50 pieces of 200 yuan are also Buddha's heart price, it seems that they are still handmade skins!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered their cheapest noodle dish and found its texture very chewy (in the good way) which really fit my taste. The source was simple but good enough to be accompanied with other small dishes (小菜) for a bowl of good noodle.
As for the small dishes, I ordered a black hard tofu, a marinated egg, and a piece of kelp. They were quite normal and thus a bit costly.
The hospitable and humorous owner of the restaurant valued at least 1 extra star to any scoring. His positive and welcoming attitude very well balanced the rather passive attitude of other waitresses working inside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place is run by the son of Captain Wang. He is nothing like his father. A little on the heavy side. But the food was delicious. He said that the wider noodles are the house specialty and it was definitely the right choice. Also gave us his special chilli sauce to try.
Recent changes include ordering by scanning a QR code, taking you to a web based ordering system. Then pay via Line Pay. Super convenient ?
