連機車要上來到騎樓都被封住了
每次經過這要去7-11停機車
門口管理員態度極度差!!!!!!!!!!!!!
每次都兇巴巴
很少特別留這種評價
畢竟大家都很辛苦的在工作
應該互相體諒
或許管理員可以修正一下態度吧~
態度真的不知道在差什麼的
從來沒遇過態度這麼差的管理員

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 圓山金城社區是封閉式的，初估有200戶，地下2層皆為坡道式停車位，停車場可直搭電梯到各住戶，規劃算不錯。
此社區離劍潭捷運站2號出口步行約5分鐘，交通算方便。附近有劍潭國小/百齡國小，百齡綜合國高中/明倫高中與重慶國中，學生徒步上學皆可。
離士林夜市走路約10分鐘，對面有小型劍潭夜市，東西比士林夜市便宜2成左右。
值得一提的是，位於劍潭捷運站1號出口的台北藝術表演廳即將落成，生活機能更好是必然的。
Yuanshan Jincheng Community is closed, initially estimated to have 200 households, and the two underground floors are all ramp parking spaces. The parking lot can be directly accessed by elevators to all residents. The planning is not bad.
This community is about a 5-minute walk from Exit 2 of Jiantan MRT Station, and the traffic is convenient. There are Jiantan Elementary School/Bailing Elementary School, Bailing Comprehensive Elementary School/Minglun High School and Chongqing Elementary School nearby. Students can go to school on foot.
It is about 10 minutes' walk from Shilin Night Market, and there is a small Jiantan Night Market opposite. East and West are about 20% cheaper than Shilin Night Market.
It is worth mentioning that the Taipei Art Performance Hall located at Exit 1 of Jiantan MRT Station is about to be completed, and it is inevitable to have better life functions.
