我付了24小時,租全天的車錢(應該是24小時) 結果0830租車到2200?!坑呀! 因為路上大塞車,我延誤還車時間 到2250還車,老闆直接多收我400 老闆不是為了等我而未關店,而是因為有客人晚上12點要牽車!!! 我原先的權益不是應該到隔天早上的0830嗎? 而且打電話訂的,跟到現場老闆說的又不一樣 車款變了,換車又加錢 回程我油已加滿,老闆說沒有,堅持又要去加油站加!結果加了63塊錢!!! 我加滿後不用開回去還車嗎? 這些都是我個人經驗 應該要一顆星都沒有的 請各位參考

很暖心的服務! 我已經來租過好多次了。 每一種車,依照不同的品牌和新舊,所開的價格都很實在。有需要導航、音源線,老闆都有附上。 在還車時,依照超過的時數,計算費用,非常的公開透明又合理。 路上有產生停車費,在還車時也可以一併繳給老闆,省得再跑一趟便利商店,或是放到忘記繳,非常貼心!

在外租車總有意外或不小心的時候 但如果有車損問題的話,在這邊提醒大家,千萬不能現場付錢,在還沒有詢價、報價的過程中,難以避免租賃關係出現裂痕。 我與友人承租馬3,保險桿的部分些撞裂及掉漆需補。老闆一開口先要了5000,還說放假結束後會跟我報價保險桿的價錢,我也可以選擇去找自己認識的修車廠處理保桿問題。「如果沒有差很多的話那就算了」這是老闆說的 第一次面臨這種問題我也不知道怎麼處理,也忘記請老闆要開個證明或是收據給我,我直覺了斷付了5000,後續衍生的問題就來了。 隔天老闆繼續要將馬3承租給下一位客人,此時我心中滿是問號???如果我今天把車子保桿撞破裂,在完全處理好車子之前不應該再租給下一個客人吧?再來,租的時候車頭部份兩側明顯有擦痕,老闆有事先告知我那是以前的傷(那為什麼那些擦傷不處理呢?) 付完5000後,我回到家打給老闆問他是不是能在平日每人租車的時候,借我幾個小時,我把車開到認識的車行修理保桿的問題。 老闆態度非常強硬,與租車時的樣子落差很大,他堅決我就算開出去就要收我一天的租金$1800,後來說也可以算我便宜$1600 保桿破裂的問題明明沒有解決,但卻還在承租給其他人?我要找空檔幫老闆把全部的擦傷及保桿修好,請他能不能通融不算一整天費用也不肯還很不高興的語氣。 當初付5000的時候老闆也沒有提到要付給他營業損失??事後和我報價副廠保桿2100烤漆1800時剩下的1100也沒說要變成營業損失? 後來我想說算了! 當作是買個經驗! 畢竟5000什麼收據證明都沒有 也不可能說退就退了 有可能是我們溝通上有出入有誤會 但我還是把親身經歷分享給大家 爾後如有車損問題,請好好思考正確順序及討論好價錢問題。才不會造成不開心的收場
