店員普遍對自己產品.優惠活動及機台操作不熟悉
有次結帳等了快一個小時
昨天又至店內消費
店長態度不佳還不告知商品活動優惠
商品缺貨就只有說缺貨（然後呢？不能先訂嗎？）
又不主動確認寄送地址（我們多次詢問才確認）
而且回來才想到還有優惠卷沒用
但因為懶得出門就算了
