獸醫助手/前臺工作人員非常的不專業。只給我將近十五分鐘和醫生諮詢並作基本檢查,問題還沒問完,櫃臺人員就帶著下一位寵物到臺上。(我是照預約時間準時到的,前面沒客人,等了十五分鐘才被叫進去,進去後不到十五分鐘,就被擠走)。 告訴我一個半小時後再來帶貓咪。一小十四十五分後,我回來,要等洗完澡的貓咪打狂犬病疫苗,被同一位櫃臺小姐告知: 要等這位客人結束才能換我家貓咪。(我是先來的時後,她也沒請下位客人等我諮詢完再進來...,不公平待遇!) 我帶著貓貓在門外等了五十分鐘,都沒消息。後來,等前位客人出來了,我帶著貓咪進去準備打針,醫生一開冰箱說: 疫苗剛好沒了...(說是前一星期間就訂,但物流因爲疫情耽延)。疫苗剛好沒庫存可以理解,但是都沒人知道疫苗沒了,還和客人說可以打,並讓客人在門外等了五十分鐘才發現沒了...真的是不太尊重客人的時間。醫生和助手(櫃臺人員)也是一句抱歉都沒說,就理所當然的說:上星期就訂了,只是還沒到貨)...而且那位櫃臺人員在那五十分鐘內,也只是站在客人旁邊聽,沒有先幫醫生把疫苗預備好(若是有,就會提早發現),也沒有問我時間上可不可以,需不需要改天...非常不專業。 今天打電話去預約周五的血檢,兩三點打了三通沒人接,也一直沒回電。我只好六點再打一次,是同一位小姐接的,口氣很不好。也沒詢問姓名和電話好留預約檔,只說她有印象,她知道了,就掛了。 後來,想想會不會她一轉頭就忘了紀錄我的預約(畢竟我們是兩周前過去的新客人,這次又沒在電話裡詢問電話及姓名),就再打了一次過去。請她複頌預約的名字和電話,她這才問檔上電話是多少...根本就沒記下我的預約... 現在在考慮是不是找另一家較專業友善的動物醫院...不知道是不是福臨的地段太好,又沒有競爭對手,才養出如此做事的櫃臺人員(助手).... 分享在這,希望不會有更多人被她浪費時間...

I waited fifteen minutes before being called in. Less than fifteen minutes after I entered, I was squeezed away). Tell me to bring the cat again in an hour and a half. After a little 14-five minutes later, I came back and waited for the cat to get the rabies vaccination. The lady at the counter told me: I have to wait for this guest to finish before I can change my cat. (When I came first, she didn't ask the next guest to come in after I finished the consultation... unfair treatment!) I took the cat and waited outside the door for fifty minutes, but there was no news. Later, when the previous guest came out, I took the cat in to prepare for the injection. As soon as the doctor opened the refrigerator, he said: The vaccine is just gone... (It was ordered during the previous star, but the logistics was delayed due to the epidemic). The vaccine just happened to be out of stock and understandable, but no one knew that the vaccine was gone, and told the customer that it could be shot, and asked the customer to wait for fifty minutes at the door to find that it was gone... It’s really not respectful of the customer’s time. The doctor and the assistant (counter staff) also didn’t say a word of apologies, and just said: I ordered it last week, but the goods have not arrived)... and the counter staff was just standing there in those fifty minutes. The guests listened next to them. They didn't help the doctor prepare the vaccine first (if there is one, it will be found early), and didn't ask me if the time is right or if I need another day...very unprofessional. I called today to make an appointment for the blood test on Friday. I called the three links at two or three o'clock and no one answered, and I haven't returned the call. I had to call again at 6 o'clock, and it was the same lady who picked it up, with a bad tone. I didn't ask for the name and phone number to keep the appointment file, only that she had an impression, and she hung up when she knew it. Later, thinking about whether she forgot to record my appointment as soon as she turned her head (after all, we were new guests who had passed two weeks ago, and this time we did not ask for the phone number and name on the phone), and then called again. Asked her to recite the name and phone number of the appointment. Then she asked what the phone number was on the file... I didn't record my appointment at all... Now I am considering whether to find another more professional and friendly animal hospital... I don’t know if the location of Fulin is too good and there are no competitors, so that the counter staff (assistants) who do this kind of work...
