★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 千萬不要應徵SMT部門其他部門都還不錯。SMT的組長（領班）特別是戴牙套的那個（不知道現在還有沒有戴牙套）很恐怖?。帶著私人情緒到上班場所找人出氣。好可怕的。高級主管都沒啥在管這件事。理都不理隨他吼罵員工好像是很平凡的事情。超級離譜本人已體驗過好扯（感覺很不爽～沒做錯事無故被吼）。
Do not apply for the SMT department and other departments are pretty good. The SMT team leader (foreman), especially the one wearing braces (I don’t know if I still wear braces) is very scary?. Go to the workplace with personal emotions to find someone to vent their anger. It's terrible. The senior executives didn't care about it. It seems to be a very ordinary thing to just ignore him and yell at employees. Super outrageous. I have already experienced a joke (feeling very uncomfortable ~ I was yelled at for nothing wrong).
