★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here for 4 days & 3 nights in Nov 2017. The hotel itself is very pleasant. Good stay, clean and sufficient. Suitable for business travellers as it quiet. There is a Carrefour supermarket within the hotel premise, many restaurants/ cafes nearby. Its at the residential area of Tianmu (the taxi driver said quite a prominent one in fact as many expats lived around the area). Not really suitable for travellers who are looking to do touristy activity - quite far from city centre - taxi fare will be around 4000NTD. All in all I am satisfied with my stay as it serves the purpose of my visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first time to visit Taiwan. I would recommend everyone to stay at this hotel. The staff is so friendly & nice. Especially Johnson who is restaurant Dept assistant Manager. He would bring me some tea at breakfast . Plus the last day he gave us a drawing of us he drew himself. I told him he needs to teach art . That drawing meant a lot to us. Then there was the guy at the coffee shop. Sorry don't know his name. Great guy! Came to our table gave us lemon water. Then their was Johnny! He is vice general manager. He is the man to go to if you have a problem he will make sure it gets fixed! Real nice guy too! The Hotel is so clean. The cleaning people are great.too. I have nothing bad to say about this Hotel. Great people who sat at our breakfast table. We met locals & people from different countries. Jeffery was one who sat at our table everyday. Nice guy! This Hotel made our trip enjoyable!Thanks to everyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommended! It is close to the bus station which you can take for heading to Shilin night market. The room is spacious and clean with convenience and diverse choices for your breakfast!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not off to a great start. Just checked in and the room wasn't ready yet at 3:40PM. The staff gave us a strange look when we politely asked them to hold our bags and then bring them up for us when the room was ready. They told us we'd have to retrieve our own bags. Another couple came in behind us and were able to go straight to their room while we were told to wait. Occasional bad smell wafts into the room from outside (smell of methane) and the frogs outside in their pond are terribly loud. If you're a light sleeper this will definitely keep you awake. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The only thing I would improve is the breakfast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are helpful and warm. I found this hotel at the last minute, wish I can stay couple more days. Room is quiet, clean and comfortable. Don't miss their morning breakfast buffet, very healthy with lots of local organic vegetable. We are lucky to catch the farmer market once a month, bought some local organic honey, mushroom, fruits.... Definitely come back again if visit Taiwan next time. Thank you for your host.

Far away from center but enogh food, convinience store around!
