很糟糕的店家!完全沒有專業跟責任感的店家! 2020/7/26將8/1家人婚禮要穿的禮服送去清洗,店家表示7/30可清洗完成取回。結果7/30去取件說工廠比較忙未能即時將衣服送回,也不知道什麼時候能將禮服送回來,可能要請我多給他們一點時間,但由於我們家是主婚人,這件衣服真的對我非常重要,只能請他們再努力跟工廠協調看能否即時送回,但態度非常不積極,都要由我方主動聯繫追進度。 7/31上午主動致電了解情況,跟我說工廠晚上會幫我送回來,晚上即可去取件,結果傍晚又來電,用愉快的聲音跟我說「X小姐妳的衣服送回來了!但是上面有很大的水漬妳可能也不太能穿,妳要來拿嗎?還是再給我們工廠幾天的時間再幫妳洗洗看?」婚禮前一天晚上的我聽到這個回覆整個理智斷線,這麼沒腦的回覆到底是要我怎麼抉擇?結果只能趕緊忙亂的隨便買件衣服應急,先暫時把這件瞎事擱置一旁。 婚禮結束後與店家協調,希望就未能如期交付衣服ㄧ事進行賠償,但店家態度也非常差勁,不但怪我說送洗時沒跟他們說8/1就要穿,也沒特別跟他們強調有婚禮,還說其他客人工廠延遲送回都很好溝通就我有問題,叫我不要為難他們客服,真的讓人非常傻眼,開給我的收據明確表示7/30就能取件,明明是店家自己的錯硬要推到消費者身上,況且店家知道會延遲時也未先主動告知,如果我事先知道我拿去別的店家處理可能也還來得及,不至於這樣完全措手不及。 重點是橘子乾洗處理態度奇差無比,每次說要回電幾乎都沒回,都是我自己打電話去追問,甚至三番兩次親自到店裡去反應,店員跟客服卻都一副他們沒辦法作主,老闆娘就是不想賠償拿他們怎麼辦的態度,甚至還叫我要吿消基會就告反正他們老闆娘就是不賠,要的話消基會判決下來他們可能還好辦事,感覺就是可能洗衣糾紛很多也已經不怕消基會的樣子⋯ 事情發生至今已經兩個多月,店家能躲就躲,我是真的跟他們溝通到心很累決定上來發文,賠償金額對我來說其實是小錢(依照洗衣定型化契約11條,僅能賠償洗衣費用20倍之金額,即洗衣費200元*20倍=4000元),我重新購入衣服的金額與所費時間精力早就超出賠償金額數倍,只是因為店家真的太惡質嚥不下這口氣,希望至少讓他們有個合理的交代,也希望不要有人一樣再遇到這種事。本來想說連鎖企業比較有保障,結果似乎也不見然⋯
