 I have lived in Shilin for many years, and I hate to meet him late. I think it is the oyster large intestine noodles with the top three highest CP in Taipei. It is delicious ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 甜不辣表現OK，但沒什麼特殊點。炸臭豆腐則有點可惜，豆腐本身不錯，炸得澎澎的，並非特別臭，不過算合格，可惜的點在於醬料跟豆腐貌合神離，完全沾不上豆腐，導致吃的時候覺得不夠味，吃完時卻一堆醬在盤子裏。順帶一題的是這間的辣椒醬滿特殊的，有點類似沙茶醬的海味，個人覺得還不錯。
Sweet or not spicy is OK, but nothing special. Fried stinky tofu is a pity. The tofu itself is good. It is fried so that it is not particularly smelly, but it is qualified. The pity is that the sauce and the tofu look very different, and the tofu is not stained at all, which makes the tofu feel unflavored when you eat it. At the end, a pile of sauce was on the plate. By the way, the chili sauce here is very special, a bit similar to the sea flavor of Shacha sauce, which I personally think is not bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 麻辣臭豆腐湯頭偏清淡，不濃郁。但是蠻有辣味的。甜不辣蠻好吃的！甜不辣的湯是很清淡。個人覺得甜不辣比臭豆腐好吃！
The spicy stinky tofu soup is light and not rich. But it's quite spicy. It's delicious if it's sweet or not! The sweet and not spicy soup is very light. Personally, I think sweet or not spicy is better than stinky tofu!

The noodles are almost full. There are a lot of oysters and sausages. The seasoning is good. The spicy tofu and duck blood are not spicy enough.
