只是有禮貌的問句那個應該不是剛剛掉在地上的口罩吧？
服務人員立馬回答的態度跟語氣還有趕人的氣魄說：要嘛可以不要買
做個醫護人員辛苦大家都能體諒
但是不代表可以無理也說成有理
