今天9/17,下午四點半到李世澤小兒科打第二劑疫苗,因之前是屬於醫護人員有打過第一劑,而一開始填資料和繳交健保卡時人員也沒問我是打第一劑還第二劑,我認為人員在插入健保卡時電腦也會顯示有打過第一劑的資訊,所以沒跟人員多說。 後來準備要打疫苗時,進去醫師旁邊坐著時,看到醫生桌上有注射疫苗紀錄卡,我就跟人員說我已經有了,這次是打第二劑,旁邊的醫護人員突然超級激動、反應超級大,很兇又很大聲的態度說:「你已經有打過第一劑了,剛剛幹嘛不說?」 我回:因為剛剛沒有問。 況且我也認為健保卡是看得到相關資訊。 醫護人員很生氣的把記錄卡拿走且說剛剛幹嘛不說,浪費一張了。 我認為醫護助理的態度真的有待加強,這是一般服務業對待人該有的態度嗎??? 而且醫生本人在旁邊聽到護士這樣的對待人的態度也沒有前來阻止。 打完疫苗後心情不止不好,血壓也升高。 就想請問那位醫護人員如果今天是您這樣被對待,您會開心嗎? 幸好,這次只是打疫苗來此家診所,以後再也不會進入。 第一次打負評就獻給李世澤小兒科了,如果你們能聽進去,並且改善,相信以後評論都會是五顆星喔?
