★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 非常兩光的店家，中午拿鑰匙去備份，老闆說鑰匙歪了，不能備份會打不開，晚上拿另外一把鑰匙去，又說那種款式他們沒有，為什麼中午的時候不跟客戶說明，造成客戶困擾！
A very poor store, took the key to back up at noon. The boss said that the key was crooked and could not be opened if the backup was not possible. He took another key at night and said that they didn’t have that style. Why didn’t you explain to the customer at noon? Cause customer distress!
