但就在昨晚的到店取貨 店員態度真的令人很傻眼
很惡劣 還跟我嗆說 我們本來就不想跟 薇姿合作了
自己店 東西沒整理好 找不到貨 一點歉意都沒
還能跟消費者嗆聲 ，如果不想做這種沒有利益純服務
應該自己內部解決 不應該跟第三者這樣嗆吧～～
真的是很差勁的服務態度。。。
I used to buy things at the Lieden Internet Pharmacy. I always had a good impression.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 漏寄商品打去客服說會補寄一直未收到，後來又打去客服是一位小姐接的，反應完問題後說會再回電給我但遲遲未收到任何回覆！再打去詢問，客服小姐的態度真的令人不敢恭維！問她為何沒回電，只說：忘了！ㄏㄏ
I called the customer service for the missing item and said that it would be re-sent and never received it. Later, I called the customer service and it was a lady who picked it up. After responding to the problem, she said she would call me back, but she hasn’t received any reply! Call again to ask, the attitude of the customer service lady is really unflattering!
