C	Csy 2M12 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 第一次進店面諮詢時，服務小姐都介紹的很詳細且親切。但下訂喜餅後，態度整個大轉變主要是裡面其中一位服務小姐，超級愛躲事的...... 打電話要確認送貨的喜餅數量，不耐煩的要我到門市拿門取的兌換贈品時再跟她們說。之後再次前往門市，當天的現場服務小姐卻又要我再電話告知就好(聽起來感覺就是跟先前電話中接到的小姐是同一位!!!) 然後贈品兌換數量與要加訂喜餅部分想一併在門市跟她講清楚，開始用一些理由塘塞想趕我們走!!!是因為我們這筆訂單不是她的業績嗎? 她講話方式很官腔卻很明顯就是不想幫我們處裡...我老公說她表情看起來就是一臉不屑!! 有夠爛的售後服務 When I first entered the store, the service lady introduced it in great detail and kindness. Then, the amount of gifts to be exchanged and the part to be added to the cake should be clearly explained to her at the store. I started to use some reasons for Tangsi to drive us away! Is it because our order is not her performance? Her speech is very bureaucratic but it is obvious that she does not want to help us... My husband said that her expression looks like a disdain!!
