★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good value ramen. I've had ramen around the world and this matches up to those in Japan easily. The light broth is a great contrast to the greasy food of Shilin night market. While the egg was not the traditional gooey type and a little harder than expected, the noodles and soup made the ramen great.
They open pretty late as well, we had our meal at around 11.15pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ spicy one's broth is richer than the original flavor. it isn't so hot anyways so i would totally suggest the spicy. noodle is so good, i guess self-made. boss seems to be Japanese so everything felt like an authentic ramen from Japan.
