★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 同樣身為藥師，多次至此店詢問欲購買藥品，沒有一次得到專業的應答或者至少到位的服務，兩者皆無。也許是位置太好，不缺人潮，每每進入該店，總是不見負責藥師穿白袍，專業形象也是大扣分；此外，出現許多看起來並非藥師跟藥助的高齡長輩在櫃檯內外穿梭，請問用藥安全誰來把關？專業與服務都真的很需要再加強。
As a pharmacist, I have visited this store many times to inquire about the purchase of medicines, but never got a professional response or at least an in-place service, neither. Perhaps the location is too good and there is no shortage of people. Whenever I enter the store, I always don’t see the pharmacist in charge wearing a white robe, and the professional image is also a big deduction; in addition, there are many elderly elders who seem to be not pharmacists and medicine assistants to shuttle inside and outside the counter. Who will check the safety of medication? Professionalism and service really need to be strengthened.
