打了一個月了,總機永遠忙線中,辦公室所有分機都不接電話,只有人事單位那個小姐接,但只告訴你他負責人事,還是要找相關窗口,大家不用浪費電話費和時間打了。

整個動線規劃差,醫生沒穿白袍翹著腳很隨便的問診,打個新冠病毒預防針竟然等了2小時才輪到,讓一堆老人家一直等,把小朋友打流感和其它的預防針都混在一起,態度很差臨機應變都沒有。

連續打了好幾天,總機不接就是不接,如果忙線就算了,還有響兩聲掛掉,響四五聲掛掉那種明顯是切掉電話的行為 好總機不接沒關係,打你們辦公室所有分機,沒一個有接,請問是大家集體快樂出去度假了嗎? 中央朝令夕改,非常時期很忙可以理解,但其他地區的衛生單位起碼還有人可以接聽電話為確診後慌張且無所適從的民眾提供引導,阿你們在幹嘛?逛網拍?

平時帶孩子打一般疫苗動線及安排就已很混亂,先不說醫護人員有多盡責及辛苦,但行政人員中午總是提早至11:00休班不讓民眾再進去掛號,所以建議未來請明確告示平日早上上班時間直到11:00,不然總是讓不知道的民眾撲空。平時如此,何況疫情期間無人接聽電話的狀況,可見內部工作分配有多雜亂無章,毫無管理可言,請你們務必要嚴正的檢討,否則未來哪天出了什麼差錯,有辦法負起責任嗎?
