★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mechanics were friendly and helpful when I asked about a new model of SYM scooters. A guy looks in his 60s and the owner of the shop was very impolite. He simply said to the mechanic loudly, “Tell him to see the scooter at the shop on the XXX street” without even looking at me.
