★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 「全北投服務最差的藥局」。藥師、櫃檯小姐態度差而且非常不專業，領處方簽沒有藥卻跟你說單子過期不能領，跟他們確認一直說這樣健保不能申報。我到別家藥局問，藥師說可以領只是下次領藥時間往後順延。打電話回去反應，不但沒有任何致歉還掛電話。北投的朋友們，光明路、中央南路上藥局非常多，無論是買商品或是領處方簽，請千萬「不要」選擇這家「全家藥妝藥局」。
"The worst-serving pharmacy in Beitou." The pharmacist and the counter lady have a poor attitude and are very unprofessional. They get a prescription and have no medicine but tell you that the order is overdue and you can't get it. Confirm with them that you can't apply for health insurance like this. I went to another pharmacy to ask, the pharmacist said that it was possible to receive the medicine but the next time the medicine was received was postponed. Called back to respond, not only did not apologize, but also hung up. Friends in Beitou, there are many pharmacies on Guangming Road and Zhongyang South Road. Whether you are buying goods or getting prescriptions, please do not choose this "Family Pharmacy".
