Food was mediocre at the most. The main dish was an over cooked thin steak without a prime cut, pasta came after the main was soggy with weird mayo type sauce. The icing on the cake was the Costco whole sale cheese cake. Bummer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came here on a rainy Friday afternoon after a trek from the station (it's a little far but you can drop by to look at the public library, hot springs museum and thermal valley while on your way up)
Because of its hole in a wall location (opposite the old Asia pacific) it's pretty quiet. we paid 500 NTD per person to use the public wenquan which while small was serene enough for us to while away an entire after noon and emerge rejuvenated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely place for overnight stay ! The best part is to find an outdoor hot spring bath at the backyards of your room . I would highly recommend this place for family or couple and don’t forget to bring your own slippers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is nice, the rooms are good and the hot spring tub is large. The AC was not aufficient, so they moved us to another room. The cleaning and maintenance is so so, could be better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the place is good especially now because of covid, it’s really clean and you have your own private hot spring or you can just go there to have their public baths. the breakfast food is the same everyday which is free when u book a room so I wish they had more options. I just really had one major problem which is the heater because I went here on winter and the heater doesn’t really make the place warmer, I think they should also work on that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great little hot spring hotel tucked away from the main attraction in Xinbeitou. Loved that it was close to nature. Though for the price, I think a few things could have been better, such as the breakfast food options, the broken shower fixtures, and there were some ants near the bed area.
