K	Kazuki Endo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our room was large and I love having Spring bath in your own room. The shuttle car service between the train station and the hotel is really helpful too.

Personal stone hot spring baths in rooms is a big plus for those who wants to enjoy the famous hot springs but want to avoid the crowds. Walking distance to famous Thermal Vally and eating places. Do try out the Ramen near the spring which locals climb the hill just to eat.

There is free shuttle service to nearest train station (beitou and xin beitou) upon request. Room was comfortable with private hot spring tub. Nice location too. Just a few minutes walk to some attractions

But we choose this hotel because it has real hot spring water (not just hot water) and we can have it privately in our bathroom. The bathroom is clean, the room is large, but the toiletries is rather few. The breakfast is limited, congee and toast. Don't forget to bring universal travel charger if your plug is not the same with Taiwanese.
F	Francis Kung on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly and helpful staff indeed. Shuttle bus available to transport guests to and from nearby train station, otherwise it is a 20 minutes walk. Guests need to ring the hotel for pick up when they arrive the train station (not all staff speak English though). Room is spacious and clean, with hot spring direct to the bathtub, breakfast is traditional menu plus toast and coffee. No lift in the building, but staff will carry luggage for you. Very reasonable price for a comfortable and relaxing stay, 5 stars for what you pay for.
M	Marijo Sa youknowwhatitis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved our stay here! They upgraded our room to a bigger one. A lot of space, really clean, and the private hot spring tub was fantastic! The staff was really nice and accommodating, plus they have a shuttle service to/from the MRT station (Beitou and Xinbeitou). Wish we stayed a couple more nights!
j	jj ffan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thermal bath is shared with the shower. bed lights were broken. windows were locked with a screw so you can't open them. Nothing looked like the pictures on the site.
