★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 從苗圃登山口到七星山，前半段都是平穩的階梯還可以，大約1km後不久會看到一個涼亭，後面才是考驗的開始。
大塊高低不平的石頭階梯，難度一下子提升很多，石頭有點滑走的時候要小心。
走的時候很辛苦，但終於到了山頂後，看到美麗的景色覺得一切都值了。
登山口對面就有公車站(童軍站)，可以搭車到石牌或北投捷運站。

It was hard to walk, but when I finally reached the top of the mountain, I felt everything was worth seeing the beautiful scenery.
There is a bus stop (Boss Station) opposite the mountain pass, and you can take a ride to Shipai or Beitou MRT Station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 上下七星山難度較高的起始點，距下士林的公車總站1公里，算是便利，可惜路標標示不清，容易走差，浪費體力。
The difficult starting point to go up and down Qixing Mountain is 1 km away from the bus terminal of Xia Shilin, which is convenient. Unfortunately, the road signs are not clear, it is easy to go wrong, and it is a waste of physical strength.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 搭乘129公車在童軍站下車，即可到達苗圃登山口，剛開始樹蔭底下緩上好走，大概1200公尺後開始陡上階梯直達山頂台北市第一高峰（七星山主峰），路程較長2.4km是肌力訓練的優質步道，人潮湧現排隊拍照已經成為常態，走小油坑步道下山1.6km，雲霧繚繞另一種美的呈現。
Take bus 129 and get off at the Scout Station, you will reach the nursery climbing entrance. At the beginning, you can walk slowly under the shade of the trees. After about 1200 meters, you start to climb the stairs to the highest peak of Taipei City (the main peak of Qixing Mountain). 2.4km long is a high-quality trail for muscle strength training. It has become the norm for people to line up to take pictures. Walking down the Xiaoyoukeng trail for 1.6km, clouds and mists are another beautiful presentation.

步道的維護非常好，樓梯乾淨不太有青苔，也沒有落葉。
往七星山主峰方向不會有很多日曬，全程2.4公里，維持穩定的速度大概60-70分鐘可以抵達。登頂之後的景色要看天氣，有霧氣的話什麼也看不到。
這個步道唯一的缺點就是都是階梯，所以下山的時候對膝蓋非常不友善，看到很多有經驗的長者在下山時都避開樓梯，走樓梯旁邊的自然泥土路，但是潮濕的時候很危險，因為都是落葉會打滑。下山的時候也是花了60-70分鐘，絲毫不會比上山時快。回到家要好好按摩不然會鐵腿。

The scenery after climbing to the top depends on the weather. If there is fog, you will not be able to see anything.
The only disadvantage of this trail is that it is all stairs, so it is very unfriendly to the knees when going down the mountain. I saw many experienced elders avoid the stairs when going down the mountain, and take the natural dirt road next to the stairs, but it is very dangerous when it is wet. Because all fallen leaves will slip. It also took 60-70 minutes to go down the mountain, no faster than when going up the mountain. Get a good massage when you get home, or you'll get iron legs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 通往七星群山的登山口，相當容易透過公車或自行開車到達，交通很方便，公車至少有5條線路，可以到達，開車可以停車在第二停車場，步行約5分鐘，即可到達。一路都是上坡階梯，從苗圃爬一路上都有樹蔭遮蔽，走在樹林中，夏日健行很涼爽，登山口海拔約550公尺，走1.5公里，可抵達七星山公園，公園海拔高度約800公尺，從登山口爬到七星山主峰要2.4公里，主峰約海拔1100公尺，一路上坡階梯，也是不錯的訓練登山處，空氣清新，距離遊客中心很近，可供補給或休息，再往此登山口上七星群峰
The entrance to the Qixing Mountains is quite easy to reach by bus or by car. The traffic is very convenient. There are at least 5 bus routes and can be reached by car. You can park in the second parking lot and walk for about 5 minutes. There are uphill stairs all the way, from the nursery all the way is shaded by trees, walking in the woods, summer hiking is very cool, the hiking trail is about 550 meters above sea level, walking 1.5 kilometers, you can reach Qixingshan Park, the altitude of the park About 800 meters, it takes 2.4 kilometers to climb from the mountain pass to the main peak of Qixing Mountain.
