★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 原址為舊時月光鉛筆廠，後地主與建設公司-吉美蓋成大樓，地下二層地上十四層。有前庭和一大後院，有一明顯缺陷為一樓大廳開了兩個門，所以註定口舌是非多。管委會成立初期尚佳，再來就陷入是非之中，所幸最終玩弄口舌的皆被識破，住户可平静生活了。但是每個社區都相同，當個委員或主委就不可一世，連不懂的都可以扯一大堆，真是可悲。
The original site was the old Moonlight Pencil Factory, and the building was built by the later landlord and construction company-Jimei, with two underground floors and fourteen floors above ground. There is a vestibule and a large backyard. There is an obvious defect that opens two doors in the lobby on the first floor, so it is destined to talk more. The management committee was still good in the early days, and when it came back, it would fall into right and wrong. Fortunately, all the people who played with their tongues were seen through, and the residents could live a peaceful life. But every community is the same. Being a committee member or chairperson is irrelevant, and you can pull a lot of things you don't understand. It's really sad.
