師傅來現場看不到3分鐘就說了一堆老屋有可能發生漏水的地方，然後開始說敲浴缸要多少、敲地板要多少、防水層要多少、壁磚地磚要多少、連電熱水器要多少都報了。
親愛的師傅，你說的漏水可能性我都知道，但電話中我有詢問有沒有在抓漏，抓漏不就是在這些可能性中抓出是哪裡漏再予以修復嗎？看了3分鐘不到，也沒查查是哪個地方漏，就報了浴廁整間打掉重做的費用，這不叫抓漏。
