Decent inexpensive Bei Tou hot spring hotel, with basic amenities. The rooms are numbered very strangely, have to walk around the whole floor to find your room.

BEWARE - Worse hotel I ever stay. Check in are 7pm only. They do not provide any early check-in even they have rooms available. They sell rooms hourly from check out time 11am to 7pm therefore you will not get room before 7pm

I need to be fair so I can't just write terrible. The rooms are old, outdated and dirty, there was a spider web right on the night lamp, there's no windows in the room and the hot tub was quite small, for 3000NTD this is not a standard you expect, on the other hand they have free parking and good breakfast and the stuff are polite.

The public hot spring in this hotel is old and dirty. You can find hairs floating on water, and filth at the bottom, plus ridiculously high stairs to access the bating tubs (over 3 feet height). I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Booked an "elegant double room with whirl bathtub", but was given an old and filthy room with a mouldy carpet. Nothing close to what was advertised. We were offered to purify the air when we requested to change the room, but no room was available to be changed! Not worth the big money we paid for this hotel.

First hotel I've visited where they required visitors to request for room service, which was not communicated to us when we checked in. A single lift handles all human traffic, and it is terribly slow. Decent breakfast spread, but could be better.

The Hotel is very conveniently located close to XinBeiTou Train station. Many convenient store nearby such as welcome, family mart, Mac, Yoshinoya, Burger King, KFC etc... The Beitou Park is just opposite. The Hotel (or B&B) only have room at 2 level (2nd and 3rd floor). Ground floor has a small reception and look very simple. The Hotel contacted us via email and said the room will be ready by 7pm but when we arrived around 5pm, the room was ready for check in. Did not expect too much about this hotel but to our amazed, the family room is huge with 2 sofas, a study desk, 2 queens bed and a big bathroom. The bathroom has a Hot spring tub for 2, a standing shower and sauna in the bathroom! (I think not every room have sauna). Hot spring water filled up the bathtub rather quick. The shower pressure is good. WiFi is free and speed is so so. Breakfast is acceptable. Fridge is not really working well (not cold). Overall experience I would say is good.

Old decor, but clean and well kept. Staff are friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was a generous classic Taiwan selection. I spent hours in the nicely sized in room hot tub, so I obviously enjoyed the hot spring water at this spot! Also super conveniently close by the metro station.
